MILKSHAKE ICE CREAM BARS

Milkshakes are meant to be served cold but how about serving them frozen…coated in chocolate?
Impress your friends with these insanely amazing Shaken Udder milkshake ice cream bars.
Easy, fun and delicious. What flavour are you freezing?

INGREDIENTS:
- 1x 330ml Shaken Udder Milkshake…any flavour, they’re all amazing obviously!
- 70ml sweetened condensed milk
- 200g milk, dark or white chocolate
- 1x teaspoon coconut oil
METHOD:
- Grab your favourite 330ml Shaken Udder milkshake. Shake it up and pour into a measuring jug.
- Add 70ml of sweetened condensed milk. Give it a good stir.
- Place the ice cream mould on a tray that fits into your freezer….otherwise carrying the moulds to the freezer gets very messy, we made that mistake!
- Pour the mix into the mould (remembering to add the lolly sticks!) and freeze.
- To coat the ice creams, once they’re frozen, melt 200g of chocolate in a microwave or in a bowl over simmering water.
- Add a teaspoon of coconut oil into the melted chocolate and stir.
- Allow to cool slightly and pour into a tall glass (that’s wide enough to fit your ice cream bar).
- Line a tray with parchment and keep the tray to hand.
- Pop your ice cream bar out of the mould and dunk into the melted chocolate… *spoiler alert* - this is the best bit!
- Put the ice cream bars onto the lined tray, add any desired toppings/decorations…go nuts, go sprinkles, go extra chocolate!
- Set in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
- Eat, enjoy and embrace the drips!
